		GN-series CO2 Lasers The GN-series lasers feature sealed-off glass laser tubes with hard-sealed ZnSe Brewster windows. Patented construction and careful tube processing lead to a firm and very conservative tube lifetime warranty of 2 years or 4,000 hours (in fact, most systems are still in use 5 to 10 years after delivery). The unique modular cavity design incorporates 4 vibration-damped invar rods and exhibits a degree of rigidity and ruggedness not found in conventional cavities. With the active cavity-length stabilization option, the long- term amplitude stability is typically better than ± 0.1% (by far the best in the industry).
