		Our products are divided into two main catagories, Free Space Diode Lasers and accessories and Fiber Coupled Diode Lasers and accessories. These are further divided into Turnkey systems and OEM systems. Turnkey systems are ideal for research and development users who can then migrate to the OEM modules. The OEM modules are strickly for those installing the laser into an instrument. They do not meet all the safety requirements set by the CDRH, IEC825 and other radiation goverening bodies.


		LASER Diodes and Arrays ATC-Semiconductor Devices manufactures multi-mode high power laser diodes with CW output power of 500 mW ... 4 W, and QCW laser arrays (bars) with peak output power of 25...100 W.


		unique-m.o.d.e. supplies customized high power diode laser systems with a globally unique beam quality.
